Refunds & Returns
We only offer refunds if the product is damaged upon arrival or if you experience a verified allergic reaction to the product. If either of these situations applies, please contact us at  bythebb@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll assist you with the return or refund process.

How to Request a Refund/Return:

• We may ask for photos or further details to process your request.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Non-refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for opened or used products, unless the product is defective on arrival or an allergic reaction is documented.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility unless, the item is damaged or an allergic reaction occurs.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
